Yes, badly worded... I have come across people who genuinely don't care, but I find it difficult to rationalise how they can be like they are when they make no attempt to hide it.

I think this sums it up quite well.

I only came on this bit as they banned me from the other one for a month and I don't mind a bit of sport from time to time so thought 'Why not'?.

I accept the majority are males, I'm less convinced by the statement that "... the vast majority are young males who are clearly economic migrants." That's what I'm seeking a source for.
