On a side note, Iran scientists have produced a high watt to kg zinc battery that appears to do 100,000+ charges. However the costs on the comple ity of using graphene are not documented.

The way this reads is that EU orders for turbines are actually in decline. And compensating for what looks a typo, orders are only 10% per year of what it needs to reach energy climate goals.
